S&F double-shell tank

Safety design equipped with a "leak detection device (leak monitor)"! Achieving outstanding safety through constant monitoring.

The "S&F Double-Shell Tank" is a product with a robust and earthquake-resistant steel structure, coated with FRP through spray-up, resulting in a seamless integrated finish. It is capable of detecting minute leaks with a leak monitor and instantly notifying with a buzzer. Since it uses FRP coating with high electrical resistance, there is no need for electrical corrosion protection (magnesium). 【Features】 ■ No need for an underground tank room, resulting in lower total construction costs ■ Excellent safety with constant monitoring ■ No need for electrical corrosion protection measures ■ Tank capacity can be selected ■ Installation of detection devices only requires electrical wiring work *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

For replacing old tanks! "Internal FRP double-shell structure"

Install a new tank inside the old tank! Equipped with a leak detection system for constant monitoring of leaks! No need to replace the tank, achieving significant cost savings!

During leakage inspections of underground tanks, abnormalities in pressure fluctuations have been confirmed in the small space between the outer shell of SF double-shell tanks made of FRP and the inner shell made of steel. However, even after identifying the cause and the leakage point and repairing it, there are cases where new abnormalities appear in different locations, or abnormalities in other areas are confirmed years after the first repair. Currently, there is no guarantee that past repair work will be completed in one go. As solutions, options such as "excavating the tank above ground, completely removing the old outer FRP shell, and remaking the outer shell with FRP" or "replacing it with a new tank" exist, but the costs for materials and construction are high, making them impractical. Therefore, by implementing our "inner FRP double-shell structure," it is possible to achieve significant cost reductions and shorten construction periods, as there is no need for tank replacement or excavation. 【Features】 - No need for repairs at each location every time an abnormality is detected - Safe confirmation from remote locations even in facilities that cannot be inspected frequently - Continuous monitoring of leaks inside the underground tank, among others *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
